Big house on the outskirts of town so not in the middle of things, but has everything we wanted - huge kitchen, lounge, good internet and TV in room too. Rooms very clean when we got there but not tidied and towels not changed during our stay (but then we never asked either...). Antony from England stayed here on 30th March 2008 First, if you are in doubt whether or not you should visit Pucon, let me tell you: you must visit it. The city is lovely and full of touristic options. Second, if you are in a budget trip, you definively should stay in Rukayen hostal.I had a wonderful stay in this place in January, 2008. The staff is extremely nice, the cleanliness is perfect, the decoration is amazing, there is free internet and very good bathrooms. It is a place that I absolutely intend to come back to. Throughout our travels in Chile we have stayed in some cool places, but none as welcoming as this hostel. I felt at home and very comfortable. Everything was very clean and there was a kitchen with dishes and pans to use as well as a computer with internet, 24 March 2008 The hostel and the people working there were very nice and friendly. Good atmosphere. The only downfall is its distance from downtown pucon, but the walk isn't too bad unles you have a ton of luggage,Staff of the hostel were up to pick us up at bus terminal,27 February 2008 the people who works there, and how helpful they are.
